Your Views
Parents are asked to complete an Annual Survey giving their views on the school. This is sent out in the Summer Term. The responses are taken very seriously and acted upon to improve outcomes for students. In addition, you may wish to note the following:
Complaints procedure
In the first instance, we ask you to discuss any concerns with your child’s teacher.
If this is not possible, or if you would prefer, you can contact the head teacher who will either discuss the matter there and then, or make an appointment for a mutually convenient time.
If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your complaint, you can write to the Chairperson of the Governors c/o the school office.
Compliments procedure
It is always pleasant to be complimented when things are going well! The Head Teacher is always delighted to hear from you or you may wish to complete a brief survey via Parent View.
